Fundraising Event Tesco Extra Quedgley On Saturday 14th January 2012 RAPID UK will be holding a fund raising event at the Tesco Extra Store in Quedgley. Tracy Milton will be co-ordinating the event and will be contacting members about the event shortly.

RAPID UK are monitoring the situation in Indonesia after a 7.3 magnitude earthquake struck off the coast of Sumatra at 1837 GMT, the middle of the night local time. Early indications suggest limited damage, but the team are ready to respond should the Indonesian Government request assistance. A RAPID UK team experienced and trained search and rescue volunteers deployed to Sumatra in October 2009 following an earthquake which struck the Padang region.
